Q. What is your returns policy?
If you have made a mistake in your purchase, we ask that you immediately contact your local Murray dealer. We have a ‘no quibble’ policy which means we are happy to accept returns on unused products. Please note that freight will be at your cost.
Q. What is your warranty policy?
If you find your products to be defective in any way, please contact your local Murray dealer.
Q. What is the availability of your product?
Generally our product availability is 4 – 5 days ex our Dandenong warehouse. In busier months our availability may be pushed to a week or two, however your local Murray dealer will be able let you know before you purchase.
Q. Are your products Australian Made?
Yes, our products are 100% Australian Made. We support Australian manufacturing and rely heavily on our trusted suppliers.
Q. Do you stock spare parts?
Yes, we have spare parts to suit all current models of Murray Harrows. Many people choose to replace worn parts to enhance the working life of their Harrow – whether it is a Diamond Tine or Front Hook. We have a small inventory of spare parts to suit our discontinued products such as the Series 02 Driven Tine Harrow, Series 07 Jingler Harrow, Series 32 Disc Harrow and Series 62 Chisel Plow. If you own a discontinued product, it may be wise to enquire on the availability of parts to future proof your Harrow.

Q. How long does your product last?
Properly handled and used at correct speeds, your Harrows should last you many seasons. We do encourage you to replace your Harrows when worn to maintain optimal efficiency and performance, however we stand by our quality products and are proud of our long product life.
Q. Am I able to pick up goods directly?
Yes, if you would like to pick up your products from us directly and avoid freight charges please notify your local Murray dealer. Please note that we do not sell our products direct to the public.
